Paper Review Process

IJMLDE publishes original, rigorous, well-done empirical research (both quantitative and non-quantitative) as well as theoretical/conceptual research papers having potential for field applications and in-depth literature reviews. Articles focusing on theory building or testing based on empirical research with strong managerial focus are especially encouraged. The papers submitted to this journal should have significant implications for academics and practitioners in real world situations. The editorial policy of this journal is outlined below:

  • Initial review by the Editor: Once a paper is submitted, the Editor goes through the paper, and if the paper passes the initial screening process, the paper will be sent to the Associate Editors or the reviewers for their reviews. If the paper appears unsuitable for the journal and/or it does not meet the standard of the journal, the paper will be sent back to the authors by the Editor.
  • Review by independent reviewers: Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The Editor will make a decision based on the reviewers’ reports, with possible outcomes such as “accept”, “minor revision”, “moderate revision”, “major revision”, “reject”.
  • Final review: The Editor will do the final review for ensuring the quality of the final ‘ready-to-be-published paper’.

Duration for publication from submission to online first article on the web
